Prior to the establishment of Sebring Law, Mr.Sebring had many years of experience with the Tampa law firm of Saieva & Walsh, where he gained extensive trial experience in nursing home defense, medical malpractice defense and other insurance defense issues, and subsequently, with Bavol, Bush & Sisco. P.A., a nationally recognized firm, where he continued to practice in the areas of nursing home defense, medical malpractice defense and insurance defense while expanding into commercial litigation and general liability matters.
After many years of representing doctors and insurance companies, Mr. Sebring founded Sebring & Associates and later Sebring Law which limits its personal injury practice to the representation of Florida’s consumers. Mr. Sebring has negotiated and litigated numerous complex cases with values in excess of a million dollars.
Sebring Law practice areas include medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, toxic torts, automobile negligence and insurance bad faith, defective medical device litigation, and maritime law.
“Tripp” received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law. Mr. Sebring is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and he is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Sebring is a frequent speaker on “How to Litigate Nursing Home Cases” for the National Business Institute.
Mr. Sebring lives in the Hyde Park area with his family.
